Heather, Owner & Stylist
Since starting her career in 2012 at the Aveda Institute, Heather has been focused on perfecting her skills and keeping up with the latest trends. Her goal is to enhance each client's natural beauty with personalized styles and color.
Heather's calm demeanor and thoughtful approach ensure a relaxing visit for everyone. She excels in creating natural-looking blondes and precise, easy-to-maintain haircuts. Heather also educates her clients on how to care for their hair at home, helping them keep their salon look fresh. At Oak Salon, clients not only leave with great hair but also feel more confident and well-cared for.
When not behind the chair, she enjoys spending time with her husband, hanging with the gals, hiking Discovery with Blu, going to yoga, thrifting, curating, and running. Brunch is her favorite meal of the day, and her coffee order is a soy latte.
Salinas
Salinas is a professional stylist since 2013 and a graduate of Gary Manuel Aveda Institute. She primarily focuses on color, balayage, Brazilian blowouts, and women’s haircuts. These focuses allow her to work in ambiguity and let her true creativity run through while tailoring each client’s individual experience to fully encompass their vision.
Salinas's passion has been derived from her love for art, fashion, and her culture. These attributes not only influence her behind the chair but as well as outside the salon.
On her time off, she loves to create jewelry with her newfound love of flat stitch and brick stitch beadwork. Creating art has always been her favorite way to express herself ❤️
Amanda
Amanda is a Seattle native who has been a stylist since 2013. She is a licensed cosmetology instructor and a master stylist specializing in haircutting, natural dimensional hair color & hair extensions. With over a decade of experience working in editorial, fashion shows, bridal and photoshoots, she has a passion for fashion and staying up to date on new trends.
Amanda is a big time dog lover and has two giant pups named Jolene and Jace. She is a music enthusiast, video gamer, plant lover and has been an abstract painter since she was able to hold a paint brush!
When it comes to her clients hair, Amanda’s mission is to be “infinitely innovative while creating a hairstyle that will not only enhance her clients' natural beauty, but reflect each individual's inner beauty.” Amanda is thorough when consulting & designing each clients hair-color, hair extension installation, and haircut or style. She makes sure to take into account each client’s face structure, hair texture, hair goals & lifestyle. As an artist, Amanda thinks of hair as a canvas rather than a template, creating customized looks for each individual client.

Theresa
This Seattle native comes from a long line of hairdressers so it's no wonder that hairdressing is in her blood.
Theresa has a keen eye for the cutting edge of anything art and fashion related and with her multi dimensional colors and textured haircuts, Theresa likes to keep her clients fresh and current.
